Kristi offers a workshops for arts-based, community-based or business-based groups that are looking to enhance their teamwork dynamic. Using playful, ensemble-building exercises based on theatrical traditions, this workshop includes communication activities, problem solving and/or decision-making activities, adaptability and/or planning activities, and activities that focus on building trust. Through these exercises, groups come to better understand each other’s strengths, weaknesses, and interests, allowing for more enjoyable, effective and innovative collaborations to take place. The length, size, and material covered can be tailored to meet the needs of your group.
